ORDER CANCELLATION

If your order has not been processed, you can cancel the order within 2 hours after completing payment via email to our customer service at official@cherrylolita.com, with your order number, contact info, and reasons to cancel.

We will process your payment cancellation and refund within 10 business days.

RETURN REFUND POLICY

If your order has been processed, we provide return and refund service under the following conditions:

Return Conditions

CherryLolita will be happy to process return item(s) within 7 days starting from the day you have received your order. Please note CherryLolita is only able to issue the item(s) unopened, undamaged, unused, and unexpired. *

*Unopened means the customer have not open the boxes of contact lenses.

Transportation Fee

The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable. International returns must be sent as a tracked package and the transportation cost must be paid by the customer.

How to return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via email: official@cherrylolita.com or via our contact us page. Our team will reply to you in 12 hours.

When returning your items please provide the proof of purchase (your order number, full name, and email address used when purchase made) within the return. If you are unable to find your order number please reach out to us, CherryLolita will be happy to help. *Please double-check your returns before shipping them out. CherryLolita is not responsible for the return of non-CherryLolita products.

When will I receive my money?

Please note that CherryLolita is only able to issue a refund back onto the original payment method used. Once the returned merchandise is received, your money will be refunded back to you. Returns are processed within 10 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.
